A "Choose Your Own Adventure" story with omorashi themes? Just what you've been waiting for, right? Well wait no longer!   The tutorial room was filled with empty boxes and piles o

"Um, sure. We'll drop it off with Joanna," You agree. "You don't seem super enthused?" Nita narrows her eyes at you. "Don't you think this book is pretty damn amazing?" "Yeah... It's cool."

You can always go to the bathroom later. You let your eyes drift closed and try to fall back into your dream. It doesn't really work but you let your waking imagination take over. His chest press

You aren't really sure how to respond to that. You certainly have absolutely no intention of going to class without a shower!

Nita grins at your discombobulation. "I'm fucking with you. Like I'd want to go to class with you smelling like wee beside me the whole time. Go shower!"

You strip off your wet pajamas and wrap them in your bed-sheets. Nita is uncommonly sympathetic to your sensibilities regarding nudity and studiously studies the Degas poster you have pinned to the back of your door until you've modestly wrapped yourself in a towel.

The bathroom is empty at this time of day and you get to shower in peace. You room is empty when you get back. Nita has propped your mattress up near the window to dry out. You cringe at the sight of the wet patch.

You check Nita's room for signs of Nita but come up empty. The laundry room shows no signs of her either, though the one of the two machines that is in rumbling motion looks like it holds your stuff. Has she gone to class on her own? That doesn't sound like something Nita would do. Usually you have to drag her there.

Still... where else would she have gone? Regardless you should probably keep an eye on the washer. It's not good form to leave it completely unattended. Though it probably has, like another hour to go. You could still make the end of class, and maybe find Nita, if you wanted to.

No one minds their washing machine for the entire cycle. That's a crazy thing to do. Why would you even consider that as an option?

It's overcast outside. Overcast, but neither cold nor wet. Although actually.... it isn't really overcast either. There are a few clouds, but they are just pools of ink on a slate gray sky. It's more like the world is just dimmer than usual. It's a little unnerving. You find yourself walking to class a little quicker than usual.

You grab a cheap coffee and an over-priced muffin from a grubby coffee cart near your lecture theater. Yay, yet another terrible breakfast.

The mythology lecture theater is dimly lit. But then, it is always dimly lit. The ceilings are high and maintenance can never be bothered replacing blown bulbs. It is also almost empty. Empty of Nita as well. You slip into the nearest seat anyway. No one notices.

The lecturer is ancient and his lecturing techniques are equally ancient. Show a series of slides on the overhead projector and read them out. It's tedious and boring. You contemplate slipping back out but instead just let your mind wander.

And then the theater is empty. The lecturer and whatever students managed to show up have all left. That's embarrassing.

Just as you are leaving you pass the overhead projector, it's switched off but the slide left behind on the glass catches your eye and your memory. Just for a moment. You are out the door before you absorb why it almost interested you. And then it hits you. The figure on the transparency was very similar to one of the figures in the book! Maybe you should have paid attention in class after all. You consider turning back and having another look at it. But your washing is probably done and you don't really want anyone else emptying the machine for you.

Since we couldn't split the tie on this one I flipped a coin

You shrug off the haunting notion that that transparency was the clue that would make all of this make some sort of sense in favor of... laundry.

The day seems even dimmer than before. It strikes you as odd that you pass no one the entire walk back to your dorm. People are around, you can see them in the distance out of the corner of your eye. But they vanish into buildings or down stairwell before you can really get a good look at them. There is no breeze.

The laundry room is empty. The single fluorescent bulb blink at an irritating frequency. You wonder who to complain to about that. Your laundry sits wetly in the bottom of the machine. You bundle it up in your arms and move it to one of the dryers. The first is overfull with some girl's entire wardrobe. The second smells of mildew and the clothes in it are obviously still wet, someone didn't turn the knob to run a long enough cycle. The third has clothes in it as well, but not that many and they are at least dry.

You throw your clothes down on the folding table and empty out the third dryer. Why can't people empty the machine when their load is done? You always do!

There isn't much in there. A set of sheets, pajamas, and a single pair of panties. The same as your load. You smile to yourself knowingly and leave the other girls clean washing on the drying table. You set the machine to dry your clothes for an hour and turn back around.

"Hey!"

You very nearly wet yourself!

It's a girl with long dark hair from down the hall, you can't remember her name but you've seen her at a few parties.

She sees you jump. "Oh my God! I'm so sorry! I just wanted to apologize for leaving stuff in the dryer. I swear it only just finished."

She's blushing furiously. Whether from embarrassment as scaring you or because you saw the contents of her laundry... unclear. It occurs to you that you could actually ask about that. It would be embarrassing for everyone but maybe... Or you could just go upstairs and look for Nita again.
